HPV Vaccine Sponsor Dr. Kim Schrier Needs to Do Her Homework
Dr. Kim Schrier, the Washington Congressional representative from the eighth district, is a co-sponsor of H.R. 3633, which would create a marketing campaign for HPV vaccination and testing to the tune of $5 million annually for the next four years and increase funding for breast and cervical cancer testing.
Its general goals:
(A) increase awareness of the importance of HPV vaccination;
(B) combat misinformation about HPV vaccination; and
(C) increase HPV vaccination rates and completion of the vaccine series, especially among males.
ICWA director and legal liaison Lisa Templeton summarizes it for us:
A federal bill, co-sponsored by Representative and pediatrician Kim Schrier (CD8-WA), allocating $25 million over five years to carry out a national campaign to "increase public awareness of the importance of HPV vaccine," combat "misinformation" about these products, and increase uptake, especially among children ages 9-17, in whom the product is claimed to be most effective. This will be done via grants to private entities and public health agencies, as well as dissemination of promotional materials to health care providers, schools, health departments, and colleges. Social media, television, radio, in-person communications, "trusted figures" and other means will be leveraged to broadcast the assertion that HPV vaccine is beneficial and safe in preventing cancers. The bill also adds another $1.5 billion to fund the existing federal Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program.
Dr. Schrier, who is in her third term in congress, serves on the energy and commerce health subcommittee, which is where the bill sits awaiting a hearing since May 26, 2023.
Children’s Health Defense (CHD) Director of Government Relations Noelle Callahan attended a recent briefing about the bill and said this about Dr. Schrier:
"She is something else. She brought up Dr. Wakefield's "fraud" and talked about all of the misinformation around the HPV vaccine."
Never mind that Dr. Wakefield has successfully disputed the fraud asserted by journalist Brian Deer, that he merely suggested that measles vaccine be split apart from the MMR, and that he had nothing to do with HPV vaccine. Since its introduction in congress, the bill has received plenty of support from professional associations.
On July 18, 2023, the Association of Pediatric Hermatology/Oncology Nurses wrote a letter on behalf of seventeen cancer-fighting associations to Dr. Schrier supporting the bill, saying in part:
Dear Representative Castor, Representative Letlow, and Representative Schrier:
The undersigned childhood cancer organizations are members of the Alliance for Childhood Cancer, consisting of patient advocacy groups, healthcare professionals and scientific organizations, representing Americans who care deeply about childhood cancer. We are writing to offer our endorsement of H.R. 3633, the PREVENT HPV Cancers Act, which would raise awareness about the human papillomavirus (HPV) and HPV-related cancers.
Even the American Dental Association (ADA) sent a supporting letter, accompanied by a news release on their website on June 5, 2023:
The American Dental Association sent a letter June 5 thanking federal legislators for introducing the PREVENT HPV Cancers Act, which would establish a national public awareness campaign on human papillomavirus vaccination.
The ADA supports increasing awareness of HPV and its vaccine and believes dentists play a key role in HPV cancer prevention, according to the letter. The campaign established by HR 3633 would disseminate vaccination information and communication resources to health care providers, including dentists, who would then use this information to educate their patients on the benefits of HPV vaccination.
It is hoped she doesn’t just listen to these associations who would be likely to receive funds from the bill. If we look for corporate money that might influence Dr. Schrier, we see from Open Secrets her top campaign contributors by employer or PAC are: the University of Washington, Democracy Engine, Microsoft and Amazon. Speaking of Amazon, perhaps opponents of H.R. 3663 can send Rep. Schrier a copy of The HPV Vaccine on Trial: Seeking Justice for a Generation Betrayed, by Mary Holland et al.
The book’s lead author is now the president of CHD and was named “Hero of the Week” by the Solari Report on January 22.
In her 2018 book, Holland chronicles the global efforts to sell and compel the HPV vaccine as an alleged miracle. The book opens with the vaccine’s invention, winds through its regulatory labyrinths, details the crushing denial and dismissal of reported harms and deaths, and uncovers the enormous profits pharma and inventors have reaped.
Since 2006, over eighty countries have approved the vaccine, with glowing endorsements from the world’s foremost medical authorities. Bringing in over $2.5 billion in annual sales, the HPV vaccine is a pharmaceutical juggernaut. Authors Holland, Mack Rosenberg, and Eileen Lorio drill down into the clinical trial data, government approvals, advertising, and personal accounts of egregious injuries that have followed in countries as far-flung as Japan, Australia, Colombia, India, Ireland, the United Kingdom. and Denmark.
In its latest series on HPV shots, CHD recently interviewed seven young women and two young men who had adverse reactions to Merck’s HPV vaccine, Gardasil.
How Did 9 Healthy Young Adults React to the HPV Vax?
Dr. Schrier should also take the time to look at the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). It shows that, in the United States and its territories, 75,563 adverse events have been recorded, 629 of those resulting in deaths.
In Washington, 902 adverse events have been reported.
Two of those adverse events in Washington resulted in death:
VAERS ID: 380740
A thirteen-year-old female died on October 17, 2009 after taking the Gardasil shot on August 25, 2009.
Submitted write-up: Patient received the HPV as well as the flu nasal spray on Aug 25th. I first declined getting her the vaccination, but her doctor ensured me that it was safe. I had declined the same vaccination a year earlier at the downtown public health center. Patient was getting ready for school and was standing by her closet, and all of a sudden she fell; she lost total control of her legs. She went to school and could not engage in any of the activities because of the numbness in her legs and the swelling of her foot. She also started to get a really bad headache. Days later, she woke up out of her sleep, complaining of a severe headache, which usually she gets if she has a seizure [she had a pre-existing seizure disorder that came on with her periods], but she hadn't had a seizure this night. She continued to say she had no feeling in her foot and a tingling feeling in her leg. After I examined her foot, I noticed it was swollen. The next morning, I called her doctors office and made her doctors appointment for October 23. During the month of October, she had irregular periods. My daughter never made it to October 23rd, which was also her birthday. She passed on October 17th, I found her cold, unresponsive in her room at 7am, which I went in to wake her up to take her morning pills.
VAERS ID: 691319
This eleven-year-old female died on April 8, 2017. She received her HPVX vaccine on December 8, 2015. The report says “HPV (no brand name)” and “unknown manufacturer.”
Submitted write-up: First Grand Mal Tonic-Clonic Seizure (3/28/2016). Second Grand Mal Tonic-Clonic Seizure 1/20/2017. Third/Fourth Grand Mal Tonic-Clonic Seizure 3/10/2017. Fifth/Final Grand Mal Tonic-Clonic Seizure leading to death: 4/8/2017.
Dr. Schrier is no stranger to promoting risky shots, such as when she quizzed Tony Fauci and Rochelle Walensky about increasing the availability of the COVID-19 shots on March 18, 2021, as reporting In The News and on NCWLIFE Channel, U.S. Rep. Schrier quizzes Fauci on COVID-19 vaccines and testing.
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Eighth District Congresswoman Kim Schrier got a chance to question the nation's top infectious disease doctor yesterday.
Dr. Anthony Fauci sat for questions with the House Oversight and Investigations committee. Schrier, who's also a pediatrician, asked Fauci and CDC Director Rochelle Walensky about increasing the availability and safety of COVID-19 vaccines, and the need for more rapid testing to control the coronavirus.
If COVID is going to be with us for a while, vaccination is critical," Schrier said in the hearing, "but I also believe we need a much greater ability to test asymptomatic people, test them early, catch them early, and prevent outbreaks that could land us right back in the same situation.
We remind our readers that testing asymptomatic people amounts to testing healthy people and amounts to a ‘customer acquisition tool’ for the health care industry who are might over-diagnose in their search for one early disease indicator.
Frankly, as we might expect from a pediatrician, Dr. Schrier promotes vaccines quite a lot in her DC job. We’re baffled why these products need so much support. There are 63 vaccine-related articles or press releases on her schrier.house.gov website. Have a look.
Silent Majority Foundation Files New Complaint against PeaceHealth
On January 17, 2024, the Silent Majority Foundation (SMF) filed a new complaint against PeaceHealth on behalf of those who have a disability that made it impossible for them to receive any of the COVID-19 shots, yet were not given work accommodations by this employer.
In the case, Kittleson versus PeaceHealth, each of the three plaintiffs had reactions to previous vaccines, making them highly likely to have a reaction to future shot administration. Despite this fact, PeaceHealth insisted that the plaintiffs should take the COVID-19 shot. When the employees refused, PeaceHealth refused to accommodate any of them.
The main facts of the case:
PeaceHealth adopted its COVID vaccination mandate on the idea that the vaccine would stop transmission of the virus. There was ample information out from trusted sources that the vaccine would not stop the virus. Why was this not considered?
Plaintiff’s Disabilities. Evidence of medical conditions and adverse reactions from past vaccinations was presented to PeaceHealth. No accommodation was provided despite these disabilities.
The Process Used by PeaceHealth Upon Enacting the COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate. PeaceHealth has long had a requirement for staff to receive the flu vaccination, allowing a simple religious or medical opt-out which was accommodated. That process changed significantly with the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy implementation.
The Effect of PeaceHealth’s Actions on Plaintiff’s. Each of the Plaintiffs have experienced extreme hardship as a result of PeaceHealth’s actions. Financially they have had to sacrifice in ways most of us have never experienced. They have also paid extreme emotional consequences as well, including panic attacks and suicidal thoughts. The fact that PeaceHealth believed it acceptable to require that they risk their lives or lose their jobs shows the unreasonable business practices PeaceHealth is willing to employ.
PeaceHealth Could have Accommodated Unvaccinated Employees without Significant Difficulty or Expense. In the Zimmerman v. PeaceHealth Title VII case, the judge said that we have stated a colorable claim that PeaceHealth could have accommodated and have yet to prove that accommodating Plaintiffs was an undue burden. We expect that the same will happen in this case.
SMF expects a response from PeaceHealth within ninety days.
“All Plaintiffs were damaged by the actions of PeaceHealth,” said Karen Osborne, Attorney, attorney with the Silent Majority Foundation.
And we would remind readers that these workers performed their duties during the time when there was no vaccine and were among those called healthcare heroes.
The WMC Drops Investigation Against Dr. Renata Moon, the Silent Majority Foundation Announces
In another late breaking story, The Silent Majority Foundation announced that the WMC’s investigation into Dr. Renata Moon’s so-called unprofessional behavior has been closed. Dr. Moon cooperated with the WMC and is still party to lawsuits against the commission.

Coffee with the Washington Medical Commission (huh?)
On Wednesday, February 7, at 11:00 A.M. the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) will be holding a Coffee with the Commission event in which the topic will be “Communication and Resolution Program Certification: The Value of Collaboration to Improve Patient Safety after Adverse Events.” (Event Page)
This WMC event is scheduled to have twelve speakers, including WMC chair Karen Domino. The public can register to attend as well. The WMC web site says the following about the event:
Coffee with the Commission is a time to discuss emerging topics with the Washington Medical Commissioners and subject matter experts. We will be joined for this edition by Felicidad Smith, MPH - CRP Manager at the Foundation for Health Care Quality. She will provide an overview of Communication and Resolution Programs (CRP) and there will be ample time for your questions. To ensure that we are able to address your question – you can email it to us ahead of time.
The event description seems to redirect blame for adverse events in medical practices:
Despite the best efforts of healthcare professionals, systemic faults leave chance that a medical error may occur. Adverse events where a patient is unintentionally harmed during their care can be dangerous, leading to injury or even death. Medical errors are preventable and they require systems change to reduce the risk of harm to future patients.
In theory at least, this would be an opportune time for Washington residents to voice via email their opinions and experiences on adverse events concerning COVID-19 matters.
Would the WMC be willing to heed and address the 23,602 “adverse events” here in Washington of being “unintentionally harmed” following the COVID-19 shots?
Would the WMC be willing to address the Power of the Provider (POP) Initiative, which instructs healthcare workers on how to encourage patients to take the COVID-19 shots even though over two hundred deaths in Washington have occurred following the jabs?
The event description further exposes, “The fear of harsh disciplinary actions can prevent healthcare workers from reporting errors made by themselves or their colleagues. However, Just Culture recognizes that medical errors often involve competent providers working in flawed systems.”
Would the WMC be willing to pay attention and address the “flawed system” of the CDC protocol of administering remdesivir, which has caused over seven hundred deaths, including fourteen of them here in Washington, as recorded by the Human Betrayal Memory Project?

WA DOH Attempts to Restore Trust Lost During Pandemic — by Asking for Pandemic Powers
It’s been a year since the January 9, 2023 Washington Board of Health meeting where the Department of Health and the Secretary of Health Dr. Umair Shah announced their resolution to (re)build trust in public health.
After a year of deep thought, their answer is SB 6095, where the DOH is asking the legislature to make permanent some of the power they enjoyed during the pandemic - when they lost the public’s trust! Just as Gov. Inslee contracted McKinsey and Company consultants to help orchestrate the pandemic lockdowns, it is highly suspected that the DoH hired the same company to arrive at this boldly confident strategy to grab the pandemic-era power of issuing Standing Orders to all doctors in Washington. Our research desk confirms it is only states on the other side of the country that make laws to prevent such powergrabs.
Asked about the benefits of the Secretary of Health prescribing vaccines and drugs to his patients, Dr. Jabalot, a pediatrician who holds the record for the most vaccines given in a visit, was optimistic. “I’ll be happy that I don’t have write my own prescriptions and deal with infectious diseases anymore because the DOH will do that job for me. And it’s about time that legislators help us bypass those uncomfortable conversations about vaccines. Now I don’t even have to bring up risks or exemptions and I can just point to DOH standing orders as mandates, law, whatever.”
A patient outside of Dr. Jabalot’s office enthusiastically gave us their opinion on the bill. “I don’t really have time to think and I know the Department of Health Director and scientists are highly paid to research all the recommendations that they get from the CDC. It’s not like they just pass recommendations right on through. They’d get sued if they made a bad recommendation, right?”
The patient looked a little concerned when we told them the bill does have a no-liability clause for the Secretary of Health – so if there is a serious adverse event, they’d have to look elsewhere for injury compensation. But they perked right up when we reminded them that these Standing Orders can only be issued for a ‘legitimate medical purpose.’ To that they added “Well, that’s good the secretary won’t be prescribing vitamins, fresh air or exercise. That crap doesn’t work.”
Meanwhile, in the latest Health Committee meeting on January 26th, with notable absences by Ranking Member Sen. Ann Rivers (R,18) who’s home furnace had gone out, and Jeff Holy (R,6), the bill was not hotly debated. Rather, all the bruised and battered Republicans could muster was a barely audible, off-camera Nay. SB 6095 awaits a vote out of the Senate Rules committee to be debated on the floor. We hope at least one other legislator reads the bill and proposes a substitute to reverse it and prevent Standing Order powers.
