Silent Majority Foundation Joins Florida Law Firm in Requesting a Criminal Investigation of Fauci and Others
On October 30th, the Silent Majority Foundation (SMF) announced that it has filed a request, along with Vires Law in Palm Beach, Florida, asking the Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody to conduct a criminal investigation of Dr. Anthony Fauci and five other high-ranking federal officials.
Neither the SMF nor the Vires Law websites identify those five other high-ranking federal officials.
The SMF is supporting this effort in Florida because:
The SMF’s general Counsel licensure remains active in Florida, where Vires Law has a good presence (see their press release)
Numerous plaintiffs have organized and are ready to tell their stories in a legal complaint; and
Florida has been one of the few states that has fought the federal government’s COVID narrative, including the Florida surgeon general’s push back on the federal government’s “scientific” approach to handling COVID-19.
The SMF further stated, “We’re proud to be part of this team, and we’re looking forward to the day when we are able to present this information to the attorney general of Florida and soon, thereafter, to many other state attorney generals.”
The filing was made pursuant to the requests of thirty-two residents in Florida who are next-of-kin of relatives of deceased victims who perished due to COVID-19 infection mismanagement and/or fatal “COVID countermeasure” treatments received while life-saving treatments were suppressed and denied in Florida hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities.
The twenty-page brief requested investigation of several alleged crimes under Florida state law, including:
Second degree murder while committing acts of terrorism.
Second degree murder while committing aggravated abuse of the elderly and disabled adults.
Aggravated manslaughter of the elderly, disabled adults, and children.
The filing stated that the accused violated Florida criminal law through their widespread and coordinated actions to use tax-payer money with the prosecution authority of government agencies to force healthcare facilities and providers to give Floridians “treatments” under "COVID counter-measures” and “vaccines” they knew would cause suffering and increased mortality without informed consent and often against the victim’s wishes.
The attorneys believe that it is essential that the Florida attorney general and her staff conduct a thorough investigation to determine if the evidence contained in the filing (and/or other evidence found during the investigation) substantiates indictment of the accused for the alleged crimes. If the evidence provides probable cause that crimes have been committed, then it is expected that a Florida grand jury will hear the evidence and indict the accused and that the State of Florida will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
The SMF is also representing Dr. Michael Turner, Dr. Richard Wilkinson, Dr. Renata Moon, and Dr. Ryan Cole in their case against the Washington Medical Commission for violating the Administrative Procedures Act.
Pete Serrano, Dr. Turner and the Silent Majority Foundation are receiving a lot of new visibility on their case: Steve Kirsch interviewed them on November 2nd on his widely-followed weekly live show on Rumble. At least 11,900 have viewed the recording.

Vaccine Alley in a Small Washington Town
During the October 20th airing of An Informed Life Radio, Scott Schara explained that about 4.73 billion prescriptions were dispensed in the United States in 2022. That’s over 14 prescriptions per person in our country of 334 million!
Perhaps the most representative microcosm of this phenomenon can be found in Sequim, Washington along their main drag.
In a town of just over eight-thousand residents, you can stand five blocks west of the downtown area and find yourself in front of a Walgreen’s on the northeast corner of Washington Street and Fifth Avenue. They promote free flu shots with lawn signs in front of the store.
After getting a free shot at Walgreens, you can walk across Fifth Avenue to find yourself at a Rite-Aid also advertising shots.
Unlike Walgreen’s, they don’t offer free flu shots. The best they’ll do is knock five dollars off your twenty-five dollar purchase if you get the flu shot. But, amidst the renewal of the COVID-19 hysteria on the Olympic Peninsula, they remind you to get that jab as well. This looks an awful lot like the sales technique of a ‘loss-leader,’ offering something at a loss (flu shot, COVID shot), to entice people into the store, who will then buy other items at higher profit margins.
If you’re craving fresh produce with your injections, just walk another hundred yards west in the same parking lot to the Washington Street Safeway.
Best of all, Safeway offers a double incentive: a free flu shot, plus ten percent off all those fresh groceries if you get any immunization jab. So, if you want to load up on free pharmaceuticals and discounted groceries, it pays to shop around.
All in all, in just a quarter mile stretch on Washington Street in this small town, you can comparison-shop three places to get vaccinated. In a blow to main-street America, there used to be four places to choose from in this stretch - across Washington Street was a Frick’s Pharmacy where their building space now looks unused.
Bud and Dora Frick opened the pharmacy in 1947, and it remained open until 2014. At one time, behind the green façade, over fifty vintage photographs, one of which was of the Dungeness Lighthouse, lined the store’s walls.
In an article in the Sequim Gazette, Cy said “The ‘box stores’ have taken a toll on the store. They really did affect the town. We were service-oriented. Now it’s merchandise-oriented. It’s more sophisticated displays and lower prices.”
If the plentiful flu-shot signs and discount incentives don’t cause you to park in these lots, Sequim also has a Walmart Pharmacy and a QFC Pharmacy a mile in either direction. All in all, in just a two-mile stretch on a street in a town of just 8,000 residents, you can choose from at least five pharmacies. You just can’t go to Frick’s anymore.
In the comments, please let us know how loudly the fall shots are marketed in your area. Perhaps you can remind the Department of Health that they don’t need to market the products anymore, which would save substantial taxpayer money.
Washington Congressman McMorris Rodgers demands CDC documents on COVID-19 Pediatric Death Exaggeration
If Washington residents think that their state department of health lacks transparency and accuracy of data, they may be outdone by the CDC.
Sharyl Attkisson reported last week that Eastern Washington Congressional Representative Cathy McMorris Rodgers (Fifth District, Republican) sent a letter to CDC Director Mandy Cohen on behalf of Health and Oversight Republicans, demanding data and documents to address reporting inaccuracies of COVID-19 deaths in children.
As the chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which oversees subcommittees looking into pandemic responses, Rodgers said that inaccurate CDC data exaggerating COVID-19 deaths in children may have led to bad policy decisions, such as mask mandates and school closures that hurt kids more than the COVID-19 disease.
The background information provided in the Attkisson story shows the CDC’s lack of accuracy and integrity in their data reporting:
The CDC has provided the House Energy and Commerce Committee with inconsistent data regarding deaths in children ages 0-17 due to Covid.
On August 7, 2023, CDC told the Committee that 2,292 children had died of Covid-19 based on Covid tracker data—no longer used since the end of the Covid public health emergency in May.
In response to a follow up question regarding the number of child deaths were in the National Vital Statistics System (NVSS), the CDC replied that 1,696 children have died from Covid-19 in a timeframe that was two months longer.
The NVSS data based on death certificates is considered by CDC to be more authoritative.
Overcounting child deaths by at least 35 percent is a massive discrepancy in reporting.
The Committee Chairs requested the following documents by today, November 7, 2023:
All documents related to CDC assessments of the accuracy of Covid tracker data since January 1, 2020.
All documents related to the CDC’s decision to disseminate Covid tracker data for Covid mortality data after the public health emergency was ended, given CDC’s admission that NVSS provides “the most complete and accurate information on all deaths in the United States.”
All documents related to CDC assessments of the accuracy of NVSS data since January 1, 2020.
All documents related to CDC analyses of child Covid deaths since January 1, 2020.
All documents related to CDC decisions that relied on child Covid death data from the Covid Data Tracker.
All documents related to CDC plans to improve data quality since August 1, 2022.
It is hoped that the committee shares these documents so that Freedom of Information Act requests by the public won’t be necessary.
