🐓 The Guano 💩 Report 🐄

All the apparatus are in play for public health agencies to orchestrate another pandemic. This is not new: tabletop exercises in 2006 and 2007 were conducted prior to the 2009/10 H5N1 flu season, and most of our readers are familiar with the 2019 Event 201 sponsored by Johns Hopkins and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where they practiced doing all the things they wanted to go wrong, so they could do them wrong correctly. But the upcoming Bird Flu Summit, to be held in DC in October, is really spectacularly full of end-of-world scenarios.

And that’s just page one of the brochure! Read more on the site if you want to be both appalled and amused. Perhaps you’re thinking of attending to get the full force effect of false flag pharma-funded fear? Well, better hurry up and register to take advantage of their early bird pricing of $925.

Now we know that activities often used in gain-of-function testing, like identification of new virus mutations, have been acknowledged since at least as early as 2009. University of Wisconsin is one of at leasts five labs in the U.S. experimenting with H5N1 avian flu virus. Vaccines to combat various strains of highly transmissible avian flu are underway as well. Funny thing, though, “transmissible” usually equates to “not a serious infection”. It’s a conundrum for the drug industry that wants their customer base to be every human and animal on the planet. If they made vaccines for highly lethal but low-transmission infections, their customer base would be too small to bother with. So they make vaccines for highly-survivable highly-transmissible infections, and voilà, a cash-cow-chicken industry.

Of course, there’s always the possibility they’ll create a Frankenstein virus that’s both lethal and highly transmissible, or they’ll give transmission a helping hand. But—and this is not medical advice—protection even then will likely be readily available to all with old-fashioned common sense, nature’s cornucopia, iodine & H2O2 nasal sprays and gargling, and isolating the symptomatic sick (not the healthy). Additionally, there are many top doctors and scientists now fully awake to the situation, actively evolving strategies to help us all make informed decisions about whatever comes next. As the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy recommends, Do Not Panic. When you panic, your frontal lobe shuts down, you can’t think critically, and you develop Bird-Brain-Syndrome (BBS). Your brain turns to guano. Which, of course, is the goal of One Health and the plandemics.

The testing-industrial complex is also doing it’s job to roll out PCR (how many cycle thresholds will it be this time!) and similar tests of livestock - the USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is at the tip of the campaign and is building up fear with their surveillance dashboards. All federal, state, and local government agencies are in full promotion mode to simultaneously fan the flames of bird-flu fear-induced BBS, and to promote the availability of tests so that customers line up for the first vaccines. Check, check, and check. With all the boxes checked, it’s beginning to feel like the Bird-Brain Game is already in play. Zoo animals better contact their PETA union representatives soon, because they’re being gamed, too.

In 2006, the Harvard School of Public Health published a Toolkit to Assist Public Health in Conducting Preparedness Exercises as a result of their own tabletop exercise. You can counter-play along and have some fun.

The CDC is combining all the surveillance data on the subject of avian flu on an H5N1 Current Situation web page. They are massively testing farm poultry and cattle. Positive-testing herds are culled (killed?) before getting too sick, because apparently animals have no immune systems whatsoever. Some agencies are starting to act like humans don’t have immune systems either, even though bird flu strains have been circulating for years, perhaps eons. The latest concern is that since 2022, a grand total of five farmers have now caught the bird flu, got sniffles or pink-eye, and recovered. One even had a troubling cough. So it seems completely justified to kill all the positive flocks of chickens immediately to protect the other chickens and humans.

But with all this culling, what about the overall food chain? The farmers may be able to farm another day, but the shrinking supply of chickens and beef must be exacerbating the cost of our staple foods. The government (meaning we taxpayers) compensate farmers if their herds are culled, further adding to the cost of the total operation. And how to you cull four million birds like they recently did in Iowa? Looking at the following list of commonly used poultry vaccines, we think it highly likely that commercial farm chicken’s immune systems may be exhausted, leaving them vulnerable to other infections.

Chicken Vaccination: Most Commonly Used Vaccines

Marek’s Disease Vaccine. Protects against Marek’s disease, a highly contagious viral infection that affects chickens.
Infectious Bronchitis Vaccine. Guards against infectious bronchitis virus, which causes respiratory illness in chickens.
Newcastle Disease Vaccine. This vaccine works against Newcastle disease, a viral infection that can cause respiratory, nervous, and digestive symptoms in chickens.
Avian Influenza Vaccine. It helps prevent avian influenza, a viral disease affecting birds’ respiratory, digestive, and nervous systems. This vaccine is still being tested by the USDA but may be more widely available soon. There is also a vaccine for humans.
Infectious Bursal Disease (Gumboro) Vaccine. This vaccine protects against the infectious bursal disease virus, primarily affecting chickens’ immune systems.
Fowl Pox Vaccine: This vaccine works against fowl pox, a viral disease characterized by skin lesions and sometimes respiratory symptoms.
Salmonella Vaccine. Helps prevent Salmonella infections in chickens, which can also be transmitted to humans through contaminated eggs or poultry products.
Coccidiosis Vaccine. Aids in preventing coccidiosis, a parasitic disease affecting the intestinal tract of chickens.
E. coli Vaccine. This vaccine protects against certain strains of Escherichia coli bacteria, which can cause respiratory and systemic infections in chickens. This fascinating study was conducted on broilers.
Mycoplasma gallisepticum Vaccine. Wards off mycoplasma gallisepticum, a bacterial infection causing respiratory symptoms in chickens and turkeys.

Additional questions emerge: what is the vaccination status of the birds that test positive for H5N1? Have they received some of the above? Have all these shots been tested together for the health of the bird? For the health of those consuming them or their eggs? Where is the testing program for the 2023 Avian flu poultry vaccine? Is it near the culled flocks? Does the avian flu vaccine fail, leading to higher susceptibility or positive tests? Do any of these vaccines shed in close quarters?

Moving on to human vaccines, as we mentioned in a recent Weekly News, Moderna has been granted the latest contract to advance mRNA products to combat this next invisible foe. Finland has already made a version of a shot available as part of a post-authorization marketing study. It is more difficult to find details on the formulation and test data than it was for the rushed COVID-19 vaccines. But we did find a Phase II study that just completed in April of 2024, but has no results posted.

The marketing and promotion arm of the campaign, our Washington State Department of Health, is ready to do their part. They don’t do much science, but they do have an avian flu page all set up, just like King County Public Health, and frequently mention it in newsletters to amp up the fear.

This week with Mary & Polly focused on Preparing for a Bird Flue Pandemic. They summarize an excellent article published by the Brownstone Institute by Dr. Clayton Baker, MD and Dr. Brian Hooker, which goes into more detail about the forces at play. They focus on the probable lab-origins of the new strains of H5N1, or highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI).

Dr. Jane Orient, MD also urges Do Not Panic:

We need to cancel the panic, monitor for, and isolate, sick animals. Same for humans. Research and use repurposed drugs for treatment. Disqualify the people responsible for the Covid debacle. Allow free discussion of opinions. Destroy the dangerous viral stocks and secure the labs, and be aware of who’s paying for the research.

The authors provide their emphatic recommendations that will require legislation:

Citing the 1975 International Bioweapons Convention, immediately shut down ALL gain-of-function research in the US. As Dr. Orient states, this action must include securing the labs and destroying the viral stocks. Any resistance or interference with this should be subject to criminal punishment for Nuremberg Code violations.
Immediately call for the same to be done at all international labs (especially, but not limited to, Fouchier’s lab in the Netherlands and the Wuhan Institute of Virology). Again, announce that any resistance at any level will be regarded as Nuremberg Code violations.
Pass prompt legislation that any and all intellectual property associated with completed gain-of-function research resides entirely in the Public Domain. Any vaccines or therapeutics developed from such research will be generic and non-proprietary.
Cease all present funding and outlaw any future funding for genetic manipulation of pathogens.
Common-sense approaches to respiratory viruses must be re-established, focusing on good hygiene, isolation of the sick (not the healthy), intelligent and free use of existing therapies, a local-to-regional (not global) approach to public health, and the complete removal of those with a record of failure and/or dishonesty during the Covid-19 period from the entire process, including the WHO.

To summarize the Guano Report for those who are tired of reading words and maybe need pictures to see how things add up:

Moms for America Files Suit to Upend the Prep Act

Founded in 2004, Moms for America is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to “to empower moms, promote liberty, and raise patriots to heal America from the inside out.” They, along with several vaccine-injured individuals, are suing federal government agencies and officials in order to repeal the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, claiming it is unconstitutional. Attorney Jeff Childers of Coffee & Covid Substack fame is the lead attorney on the case, and his brilliant, witting, often snarky style makes the filing an entertaining read. For instance, the filing states: “Indeed, the PREP Act unconstitutionally created an opaque, unappealable, quasi-judicial tribunal to adjudicate claims lacking even a fig leaf of due process and explicitly disclaimed judicial oversight.”

The Defender reports:

According to the complaint, “This case is about the government’s failure to resolve conflicts involving Americans killed or grievously harmed while receiving healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Defendants are the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and President Joe Biden.
“As even The New York Times has recently acknowledged,” Jeff Childers, attorney for the plaintiffs, told The Defender, “too many Americans have been injured by the COVID vaccines and other rushed treatments, and now have no recourse, no help and no support. They can’t sue anybody, thanks to PREP.”
“PREP was poorly conceived, badly executed, and gave far too much power to unelected bureaucrats and executive agencies,” he added.
Childers wrote on Substack today that the PREP Act should “be crushed and burned to a cinder in the incinerator of history’s worst ideas.”
