Exempt your School from Title IX changes
The Biden Administration’s Title IX amendments, which require that males be allowed into girls’ sports and spaces, recently went into affect in many states. Some states and parent groups have at least temporarily stopped these changes with successful injunctions. One such parent group is Moms for Liberty (M4L), where your membership will help stop the changes at the school level, even though Washington State has not yet filed an injunction.

WMC issues final order against Dr. Michael Turner
Just released on August 12, Dr. Michael Turner has received the final decision against him by the Washington Medical Commission.
When March 2024 decisions regarding the FDA’s stance on ivermectin seemed to be in favor of the generic drug’s off-label prescription, ICWA members were hopeful that Dr. Turner’s investigation would be dropped.
The Silent Majority Foundation (SMF), who have provided legal counsel to Dr. Turner, had this to say about the WMC decision:
Silent Majority Foundation has had the pleasure of representing several medical professionals who offered lifesaving solutions throughout the pandemic, including providing treatment protocols that involved Ivermectin. One such hero was Dr. Michael Turner. Now the WA Medical Commission's (WMC) has issued a final decision statement on August 12, 2024. Dr. Turner was punished for providing this treatment. Dr. Turner's punishment includes: a prohibition on prescribing Ivermectin for COVID-19; additional continuing medical education; to write a paper addressing what he's learned through this experience; and a $5,000 fine. While we're disappointed in the outcome, it is one of the more favorable results we've seen when a doctor has stood against the WMC's prohibition on prescribing Ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19. While we believe that all of the WMC's efforts to punish providers for these treatments and alleged "misinformation," we see this as one of the less severe punishments – to be clear, that does not negate the serious issues facing the medical profession through the WMC's efforts to limit speech and treatment modalities and methodologies. At this point, Dr. Turner does not intend to appeal as he is pleased that he had his day(s) in court, offered his personal testimony, and was supported by several experts, including Dr. Pierre Kory. Nonetheless, Dr. Turner and several of his colleagues (Dr. Ryan Cole, Dr. Renata Moon, and Dr. Richard Wilkinson), are suing to challenge the WMC's adoption and enforcement of the COVID-19 Misinformation Position Statement. While that case has been temporarily paused, now that each of these Drs. have been punished for their speech and actions, SMF is coordinating with them to advance that case.

ICWA director Bob Runnells said of the order against Dr. Turner:
The WMC just won’t admit that it was wrong. This decision is a wrist slap and not even worth the effort to enforce. I hope the WMC finally relents to the truth that ivermectin has great upside and its off-label prescription is not worth harassing doctors. I’m somewhat saddened that Dr. Turner is not going to appeal this final decision because it’s still wrong. But I understand he and the other doctors have been through a lot and can now get back to serving their patients.
ICWA will strive to publish Dr. Turner’s impending ‘paper addressing what he’s learned through this experience.’
Washington Board of Health Bites on a Sour Apple
On August 7 at the Pacific Tower in Seattle, Washington Secretary of Health Umair Shah made his first appearance at a Washington Board of Health meeting this year. [also archived on TVW; starting at 4:28 minutes] After he and Department of Heath (DOH) Chief Science Officer Tao Kwan-Gett introduced themselves, Shah said, “Both of us have apples with us for our recent Be Well WA launch. Our motto is ‘mind your apple’ every single day. Red and green.”
Curiously, Shah failed to mention whether or not those apples were organic or coated with Organipeel, the widely-used preservative coating that snuck into organic foods and which is now falling into disfavor with true health food consumers. For if he were serious about promoting “be well,” one would think that he’d be extolling clean and non-toxic living. After all, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) ranks apples as number seven on the dirty dozen list of fruits and vegetables.
The EWG detected pesticide residues in 90% of apple samples. What’s more, 80% of the apples tested contained traces of diphenylamine, a pesticide banned in Europe.
Shah left the meeting just a few hours later. But Kwan-Gett stayed on to further extol this new DOH initiative to start off the “concluding thoughts” discussion at the 4:22.50 point of the meeting.
As soon as Vice Chair Kelly Oshiro asked for any concluding thoughts, Kwan-Gett raised a green apple.
I would like to say a little bit more about Be Well Washington that Secretary Shah mentioned earlier this morning. You are probably wondering why each of us brought an apple. One of the themes of Be Well Washington is to encourage every Washingtonian to find your own apple, meaning to find that combination of activities that will help you find health, happiness, and community. And for everybody, that’s going to look different. And we want everybody to find their apple and find their path to health no matter where they live or how old they are or their level of ability, whether they are an Olympian or just like to watch the Olympics on TV, each of us can find things to do to bolster our health.
Kwan-Gett then moved from apples to the four pillars of the program: movement, emotional well being, nourishment, and social connection. He then encouraged everyone to “check out” the Be Well Washington website to see all the aspects of healthy living the Department of Health is co-opting or borrowing from the ICWA and CHD side of the narrative.
He read to everybody a quote from the website:
Living a healthy, happy life isn’t about doing the most or spending the most or keeping up with the endless stream of wellness products, trends, diets, apps, and memberships cluttering up our newsfeeds. Well being is all about embracing the power of the little things that make us feel our best, and the rest looks a little different for each of us.
Kwan-Gett ended his sales pitch with the following:
So this is an important initiative for the Department of Health, and something that is going to be a long term project with people and communities, and something that we’re really looking forward to. Perhaps at a future board meeting, we can share a little bit more about Be Well Washington and the collaborations we are going to establish during this relationship.
Something about this smells a bit like, well, communism. Doesn’t it? The government giving advice about every aspect of our lives, telling us how to be happy, what to eat, to be sociable. Isn’t Public Health just supposed to make sure we have safe drinking water? Functioning sewers? Notify us of salmonella outbreaks? Who looks to the DOH for life-coaching?
The DOH main website also has a page for the Be Well Washington initiative where they mention the Power of Partnerships, which reeks of public-private collaboration and can just as easily be viewed as promoting corporate fascism as furthering public health.
Informed Life Radio host Bernadette Pajer says, “The Be Well WA initiative is right in line with global campaigns. The web page has a link to the World Health Organization’s One Health manifesto that is all about climate change leading to pandemics, more vaccines, eating bugs, burying trees, yadda yadda yadda. The deeper you dig, the more Shah and Kwan-Gett’s apples resemble the one offered to Snow White . . .”

We note that the WHO promotes focused vaccine acceptance propaganda for providers - which can be easily traced to the messaging being put out by the DOH - read on.
Bernadette adds the following:
Globalists, under the guise of Public health, are rapidly co-opting every single one of our approaches to health, using our language, appearing to be pursuing the same goals. It's all part of their (the globalists) plan to gain trust, control our healthcare choices, install surveillance, impose mandates, and ultimately control every aspect of our lives . The vast majority of those participating have no idea of the global plan — they believe in the cover story. This process began years ago — it explains why many natural food stores were some of the first to impose strict mask requirements on shoppers and vaccines on employees. Investments by globalists such as Bill Gates in the world of “crunchy moms” paid off when the very people who should have been protesting the response to COVID as absurd and unhealthy were instead locking themselves inside, double-masked, sleeves rolled up, waiting for the shots.
The globalists have co-opted the language of regenerative farming, food is medicine, etc. I've been seeing DOH's social media posts on ‘BeWellWA’ and it is very similar to some messaging at the Selfcare Federation - a global organization with pharma sponsors.
ICWA Director Lisa Templeton points out the following from this self care site:
[Global Self-Care Federation] among other Stakeholders at [the 77th World Health Assembly in May 2024] advocate for an equity-driven approach to healthcare, prioritizing comprehensive primary care, workforce support, and increased public health investments to reach marginalized communities. These efforts aim to foster trust, alleviate poverty, and bolster social resilience, aligning with the 2030 commitment to universal health coverage. [emphasis added]
We also note on a page of the site:
To make health for all a reality, governments must take an equity and human rights-based approach to: 1. Prioritize primary health care and provide a comprehensive, inclusive, integrated health benefits package that addresses the continuum of prevention and care across the life course. This package should include early childhood development, comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services, life-course vaccination, mental health care, nutrition, infectious diseases, NCDs, rehabilitation, assistive technology, palliative care, and long-term care and support among others. These services must be offered to all people free of stigma and discrimination.
Lisa also offers the following comments about Tao Kwan-Gett’s aforementioned remarks at the end of the Board of Health meeting.
I find this to be ironic considering how public health wielded its authority, real or imagined, upon everyone the last 4.5 years (and beyond) and endeavors to strengthen their power and control.
This skepticism of the DOH’s sincerity can be found in the elevation of its Power of Providers (POP) initiative to the new Executive Office of Healthcare Innovation and Strategy (OHIS) last July 1. They use their Government agency influence to ‘partner’ with doctors in the Washington under this banner that is bald-faced pharma-fascism that amounts to marketing of vaccine products that should not need any promotion.
For if the DOH is promoting finding one’s own way, why is the POP still on a full-throttle course of showing health care workers how to convince patients to take vaccines? The POP newsletter last July 16 reflects this hypocrisy by listing a publication by the de Beaumont Foundation.

The Case of Loss in Trust in Washington Healthcare
Last August 6, Sharyl Attkisson ran a story about a MedPage survey that reflected the public loss of trust in health care ever since the rollout of the COVID-19 shots.
Trust in physicians and hospitals decreased sharply during the Covid-19 pandemic, and higher levels of trust were tied to greater odds of getting vaccinated for Covid-19 or influenza, according to a survey study of U.S. adults.
Among over 400,000 unique respondents, the proportion of adults who agreed they had “a lot of trust” in physicians and hospitals declined from 71.5% in April 2020 to 40.1% in January 2024, reported Roy Perlis, MD, MSc, of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, and colleagues in JAMA Network.
In regression models, factors associated with lower trust as of the spring and summer of 2023 included being 25 to 64 years of age, female gender, lower educational level, lower income, Black race, and living in a rural setting. Even when the researchers controlled for partisanship, these associations persisted.
“We were surprised by the magnitude of the shift,” Perlis told MedPage Today. “I think early in the pandemic trust likely increased above pre-pandemic levels, but it certainly came way down over the course of the pandemic.”
They can study surveys all day long. Yet, as the most-likely cause for this loss of trust, we can simply draw up reports from the Med Alerts website, where injury and death from COVID-19 shots are basically ignored by the mainstream health institutions. Here’s an updated summary of reports made in Washington State:
235 deaths following the COVID-19 shots.
139 seizures following the COVID-19 shots; 24 of them in the first 24 hours.
102 cases of Bell’s Palsy in which the onset of ten of them occurred within one day.
23 cases of Guillian-Barre Syndrome following the COVID-19 shots.
59 cases of anaphylactic reactions following the COVID-19 shots, 49 of them occurring in women, including a nine-month-old.
And as more recently covered by ICWA Weekly News:
119 reports of irregular menstrual bleeding following the COVID-19 shots in which a dozen cases of much heavier than normal bleeding were reported. There were over ten cases of menstrual bleeding within 24 hours for those on birth control, and two cases of bleeding for postmenopausal women.
50 spontaneous abortions in which at least a dozen spontaneous abortions occurred within three days of taking the COVID-19 shots.
The more subtle distrust comes from the atrocities inflicted on COVID-19 patients in hospital settings, so much so that Dr. Paul Marik, the second-most published critical care physician in the world, has gone on to call the medical system a “hoax.”
“It’s impossible to talk about COVID without looking at our health care system,” he says. “And our health care system is a hoax. And so, my advice to you is don’t get sick, don’t go to the hospital, because they’re going to kill you.”
The Human Betrayal Memory Project lists sixteen cases of hospital atrocities here in Washington.
Notably, nine of them were deaths following the administration of remdesivir. They are as follows:
Name of Victim: James Christopher Rutherford
James was sixty-seven years old when he was admitted to Skagit Valley Hospital in Mt. Vernon on October 5, 2021. They gave him remdesivir even though his wife, Barbara, had asked for Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin. James died two months after being admitted.Name of Victim: Barbara Daniel
Barbara was seventy years old when she entered Tacoma General Hospital on September 14, 2021. She was put on remdesivir for five days.Name of Victim: J. Allen Blodgett
J. Allen was sixty-two years old when he entered Providence Sacred Hospital on September 5, 2021. He died on September 30, 2021. He was on remdesivir for fifteen days.Name of Victim: Timothy D. Blankenship
Timothy went to the hospital with COVID-19, and they gave him remdesivir. His brother, daughter and ex-wife, through talking to Timothy on the phone and through text messages, advised him to refuse the remdesivir, but he placed his trust in the doctors and began to have renal failure. It was around this time they put him on the ventilator. At this point the doctors were mostly speaking with his wife, and she was adamant that they were both in agreement that his life wouldn’t be worth living if he got out of the hospital, and they put him on the end-of-life track. One week after his fifty-ninth birthday, they took him off the ventilator. He was breathing on his own and coherent, so, the doctors upped his dosage of morphine and midazolam until he expired.Name of Victim: Shannon Michael Washburn
Shannon was sixty-five years old when he entered the Kadlec Regional Medical Center on August 11, 2021. He died there on September 4, 2021. He was on remdesivir for five days. He was never informed of its EUA status or side effects.Name of Victim: Michael Hobbs
Even though Michael was never given informed consent, he was on remdesivir for five days. He was never told of its side effects or emergency use authorization status. “I was not allowed to accompany him or be in the hospital,” his wife, Terresa Hobbs, said. The hospital immediately began looking for another hospital to which to transfer. When a bed was found at University of Washington Medical Center Northwest, he was told he had to be intubated for the transfer or sign a DNR. He agreed to the ventilator for the transfer. After a brief call to Terresa on a nurse's phone, he was sedated, intubated, and transferred. Terresa never spoke to him again.Name of Victim: Molly Reitz
Molly was seventy-seven years old when she entered Ferry County Hospital in central Washington on April 22, 2021. Her daughter was not allowed to see her. According to her daughter, the hospital staff kept telling Molly that she was going to die. Molly was on remdesivir for five days even though she was never told of its side effects or emergency use authorization status. The daughter is seeking an attorney to hold the hospital accountable for her mother’s death.Name of Victim: Phillip Carron
Thirty-two-year-old Phillip got just one dose of remdesivir, and that’s all it took for his liver and kidneys to start to shut down. He died on October 14, 2021.Name of Victim: Donald Kale Lloyd
Born with asthma, was fifty-nine years old when he walked into Lady of Lourdes Hospital on September 11, 2021 with COVID-19 pneumonia and shortness of breath. According to Kristina, “They immediately started him on remdesivir without his informed consent or knowledge.” They also sedated him. “They gave him drugs so that he was not able to communicate verbally and had delirium,” Kristina said. Soon, he was pulling at his IVs and was trying to remove his BIPAP mask. According to Kristina, he wanted to leave, but they wouldn’t let him go home. “He was put on restraints, sedated, and then ventilated,” Kristina said. “My dad became a prisoner of the hospital.” Kristina is certain that the doctors knew that Donald had wished not to be intubated. But, with Kristina’s sister’s consent, they did it. Donald then got sepsis and, after initially refusing, was put on antibiotics just before he died on September 28, 2021 from acute hypoxic respiratory failure, adult respiratory distress syndrome, SARS COV2 pneumonia, and SARS COV2 infection. Other conditions listed were acute kidney injury, sepsis and septic shock, and acute fibrillation with rapid ventricular response. According to Kristina, no autopsy was done because it was a COVID-19 case.

According to the CDC’s H5 Bird Flu: Current Situation page, there has been no real change in surveillance data since we last covered it. There were eleven human cases and now the number since 2022 has climbed to a whopping fourteen. The site says that thirteen of the cases were diagnosed since March 24, 2024. There has been no significant change to the number of birds in commercial flocks either. Although, the report depressingly counts over 100 million poultry who were culled earlier than farmers wanted. The Pharma-Industrial complex is eagerly awaiting the Bird Flu Summit, on Oct. 2-3 in Washington DC. Perhaps by then, the world public health machine can finally find their treasured first case of human-to-human H5Nx infection, opening the flood-gates of big money to come their way. Perhaps it’s more likely the first infection is discovered shortly after the Summit, since the COVID plandemic was timed to take off two months after Event 201.

Guests Bill Sullivan and Joan Steichen were two of the seven citizens to serve “Notice of Liability” to Chelan-Douglas Board of Health in WA for the board’s “actions and omissions” that caused much harm and suffering during the declared COVID-19 emergency.
