It took me a little while to find these for you; my apologies for the delay. For Florida: healthfreedomflorida.com. Tennessee doesn't really have an equivalent to ICWA, although there are many freedom groups that incorporate medical freedom in their work. Here are a few: tennesseestands.org; easttnfreedom.com; and TN Constitutional Grassroots Coalition https://tcgc1776.org/. The latter is for east TN, and the website lists the groups that belong. Hope that helps!
